SeaFlower Bradenton 2026 Update

Strong Buyer Demand and New Growth

Published Apr 17, 2026

SeaFlower has picked up a lot of momentum, and it’s becoming easier to see how the community is coming together. After breaking ground less than a year ago, it's now filling in with homes, new residents, and the early parts of what will soon be a full neighborhood.

Sales have stayed steady through the first part of 2026. More than 238 homes have sold, with 79 of those since January, and over 150 people have already moved in. Because of that demand, Phase One has moved along faster, with 784 homesites now released out of the planned 1,063.

A Neighborhood Taking Shape

Walking through SeaFlower today, it feels active. Homes are going up, and the layout of the neighborhood is starting to make sense.

The homes come in different sizes, starting around 1,500 square feet and going over 3,500 square feet. Prices range from the $400,000s to more than $1.5 million. Builders working in the community include Cardel Homes, David Weekley Homes, Issa Homes, M/I Homes, and Pulte Homes, all bringing in a coastal style that fits the area.

Some of these home designs have already been recognized in the Suncoast Builders Association Parade of Homes, which adds to the overall quality of what’s being built.

The Garden Club Becomes a Central Hub

As more homes are completed, the focus is also shifting to shared spaces. One of the biggest additions is The Garden Club, which is currently under construction and set to open this fall.

It’s located along the 25-acre Lake Flores Park and is meant to be a place where residents can spend time outside of their homes. The space will include Plumeria Hall, with seating areas, a kitchen for events, and rooms for meetings or remote work. There will also be a Gathering Hall for group events and celebrations.

A fitness center with a virtual studio is part of the plan, along with a resort-style pool that includes lap lanes, cabanas, and a spa. Outside, there will be pickleball courts, a firepit, a children’s play area, and an event lawn with an amphitheater for concerts and community events.

A Walkable Village Center on the Way

SeaFlower is also building out a commercial area designed to be easy to walk through. The SeaFlower Village Center will bring everyday spots closer to home.

Publix will be the main anchor, along with a separate Publix Liquors. The current lineup includes Dutch Bros. Coffee, Whataburger, Playa Bowls, Pecan Jacks, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and Dave’s Hot Chicken, along with services like Club Pilates, PacDental, Well Groomed Pets, Glitz Nail Salon and Boutique, and Men’s Luxe Barbershop.

Growth That Reflects the Location

SeaFlower sits on 1,175 acres in West Bradenton, about three miles from Anna Maria Island. Being this close to the beach is one of the reasons people are paying attention as the community continues to grow.

Right now, things are moving quickly. Homes are being sold, new residents are moving in, and the main gathering spaces are already in progress. It’s starting to feel like a real neighborhood, and you can see it coming together more with each phase.
